
Following the success of last year’s ‘Come and Try’ Sports Day the local sporting Clubs in Clayton and Clayton South are again hosting this event. All under 12’s are invited to come along to Keeley Park and try four different sports in one afternoon. You will be given the chance to try Soccer, AFL, Cricket and Rugby in a fun and friendly setting. The coaches will do some basic skills and then you can try the sport. Come along and give it a try!
The Monash Big Sleep Out is an event that Young People can get involved in for National Youth Week. The event aims to raise awareness about Youth Homelessness, the issues and barriers that Homeless young people experience and the skills that are needed for young people to live independently.
The event will be held at the Clayton Community Centre on Friday 5th April starting at 6pm. The event is open to all Young People aged 10-25 years, and as such, Young People can choose to leave at 11:00pm Friday night after the activities are completed, or for the more adventurous can choose to stay overnight.
The event is fully supervised and drug, alcohol and smoke free. Under no circumstances will pass outs be given. The event aims to be informative but through active participation will be an enjoyable experience.

This is a free workshop for young people aged 15 – 19, introducing practical techniques for stress and time management. VCE, starting university, relationships, friendships, family and home life can at times feel overwhelming. Managing stress is about learning new skills to help you take charge of your thoughts and emotions, creating a healthy mind.
Tuesday 19 March, 5pm – 7pm, with a follow up session on Tuesday 26 March
