>WHAT WE OFFER
MYFS offers all schools in the Monash municipality a range of school-based programs. These programs can be tailored to meet the needs of the school, or as stand alone, pre-packaged programs. Students 10 years old (approx grade 5) and above are eligible for MYFS programs.
Programs include: Peer Mediation, Self Esteem/ Personal Development/ Resilience, Leadership, Diversity /Sexuality /Addressing homophobia, Team Building, Drug & Alcohol education, Anger Management, Transition and many more. MYFS can develop a program to respond to specific issues that are identified by the school.
>HOW TO APPLY?
Schools will need to fill out a request form and submit it by. All request forms will be assessed, however due to high levels of demand, MYFS cannot guarantee all programs will be delivered.

The BASS Program is aimed at young men in Year 8 & 9 and provides the opportunity for these young men to develop social and communication skills. The program will focus on dealing with social skills, how to manage anger and effective communication.
The BASS Program will tie in concepts around music and mainstream media to assist in making the program interesting and engaging.

The Girls Own Program is for young women in Years 8 & 9 and provides the opportunity for the group to develop life skills , build confidence and explore issues facing young women today .
